Right After my military service as a combat fitness instructor, I started to study at the Wingate Institute for Physical Education & Sports and began my professional career. Along the way I have accumulated a great deal of knowledge and experience as gym & studio certified instructor and completed many courses in various fields:
Aerobic step, Pilates, Power Yoga, Thai Boxing, TRX, CrossFit, Nutrition, Running, Interval training & Functional training, pole dance.
